great access to parks and local eateries for city strolls
My stay provided easy walks to the beautiful loose park and popular local restaurants like bo lings, making it a perfect base for my urban adventures as a solo traveler enjoying every moment of the nearby city charm. however, the refillable soap dispensers in the shower could use more clarity on their contents.

The room was spotless, and I loved the fresh coffee and citrus water available in the lobby all day! I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the cozy leisure room for relaxation. Just a heads up, the internet was a bit glitchy, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Staying at this hotel with my four kids was enjoyable. The location is fantastic with plenty of family-friendly restaurants nearby. We had a spacious suite that made our stay comfortable, and the view of the Plaza was a nice touch.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could use some upgrades. Better organization for families would be great.

The hotel was ideally located, making it easy to get to attractions like the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the beautiful Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden. Our room was cozy, but it could have been cleaner, and the bed was a bit hard for my preference. The staff was accommodating, especially when I needed a toothbrush, but I was disappointed with the pool access being blocked off. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, just a few hiccups here and there.

A comfortable suite provided ample space for a group, enhancing our experience with the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants and the vibrant plaza. The bedding was notably cozy, contributing to a restful stay. However, dim bathroom lighting was a drawback, coupled with outdated decor and a television that didn’t meet modern standards. Additionally, our room was uncomfortably cold despite adjusting the thermostat for warmth.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the personalized welcome message on the TV when we walked in. The space was nice for hanging out with friends. However, we did encounter some issues with cleanliness in other rooms—been told some had mold and stains. Not great. Overall, the view of the Plaza was a nice bonus, especially with the lights still on from the holidays.
